Yes. Different manufacturers have different sizing, so we always recommend checking the size guide or visiting our showroom if possible.
Both have advantages. Embroidery provides a premium stitched finish and excellent durability, while printing is often better for larger or highly detailed designs. We'll recommend the best option for your project.
Digitising is the process of converting your logo into a stitch file so it can be embroidered accurately by our embroidery machines.
Yes. A one-off digitising charge applies for each logo size and position.
Yes. We'll send you a sample stitch-out for approval before your garments are embroidered.
Yes. Embroidery is extremely durable when garments are washed according to the care instructions.
We use a range of professional printing methods and will recommend the most suitable option for your artwork, garment and quantity. Our main method is DTF printing although we also have Metallic prints and Vinyl Transfers available.
Yes. Printing is ideal for vibrant, full-colour logos and detailed designs.
Absolutely. We can personalise garments with names, initials, job titles and numbers.
Yes. We use high-quality materials designed to withstand regular wear and washing.
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal, but don't worry if you don't have these—we'll review your artwork and advise the best way forward.
Yes. We'll always assess your artwork before production and let you know if improvements are needed to achieve the best possible finish. This will usually incur a charge if we need to retrace your logo to make it high resolution.
We'll always aim to reproduce your logo as accurately as possible. If any adjustments are needed to improve the finished result, we'll discuss them with you before production.
Yes. If you're starting a new business or rebranding, we also offer professional logo design services.
Yes, we keep a copy of all digital and stitch files for your company. We also advise that you also keep a copy someplace safe.
Yes. We offer delivery throughout the UK as well as collection from our Horndean showroom. For deliveries we use Royal Mail and DPD.
Absolutely. We'll let you know as soon as your garments are ready for collection. Collection times are from 8am until 5pm, weekdays.
Yes. We'll contact you as soon as production is complete. This will be by email, phone or Whatsapp depending on your preferred contact method.
We recommend washing garments inside out on a cool cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying where possible and follow the care label instructions. Avoid overloading the washing machine with too many items. Please iron printed garments inside out.
Air drying is recommended to help extend the life of the decoration.
