How to place an order

Ordering on our website couldn’t be easier. We know how difficult it can be trying to understand the Personalisation world and therefore we have kept our site as easy to use as possible. If you get stuck at any stage of the ordering process, then please use our live chat and we will be able to talk you through the steps. Hopefully, this guide will explain everything you need to know. Your personalised goodies will be on their way in no time!

Browse for your garment

It seems obvious, but yes, the first step is to navigate our categories and find the type of clothing you are looking for. For example, a polo shirt or hoodie. You can either browse all products and go straight to the specific category or some categories allow you to refine your search from the navigation. Such as what your garment will be used for.

Once you are on the category page, you can use our filter and sort options to narrow down what you are looking for. You can search for the best sellers or be specific. For example, a polo shirt that is long sleeve, dark green, made from polyester/cotton, and available in 4XL. You can also see other useful information on the category screen such as how many colours the garment comes in and if it allows personalisation.

Colours and Quantities

It’s time to personalise your clothing of choice. The top of the product page will tell you if the garment can be printed or embroidered. If it can’t be personalised, no personalisation options will show on this page. If it can be personalised, then it will have a tick next to print or embroidery or both. Scroll down and you will be able to pick a colour and quantity first. Select all the colours and sizes you need by filling out the appropriate boxes.

The image on the left will change to show the colour of your garment as you fill out the quantities. You will find more useful information on this page such as specifications for the product and sizing. It’s important to check the sizing guide on each garment as this differs between brands.

Scroll further down and you will see the title ‘Add Personalisation’. There is a box to tick which will then show further options. If you want to personalise your garments then tick this box. If you want to order plain clothing, then skip this part and add your items to the cart and continue on to the checkout.

It’s time to get personal

If you do want personalisation, then proceed down the page where you will see options for print and embroidery positions. Before you scroll further down, select all the positions you will need for your garment. If it is only embroidered, then press none for print and select the places you need for the embroidery section (and vice versa). If you want an embroidered front left logo and a back print, then make sure you select these under the correct section. We have the positions split into print and embroidery.

Once this is done then it’s time to scroll further down to see the next options available for you. If you have artwork to upload such as a logo, then use our uploader. Select enter text if you have no artwork. When selecting this option, you will be able to pick from our fonts and colours available. Type the text of what you would like on the clothing. There are different fonts and colours available, depending on if you are having print or embroidery.

If uploading your own artwork, then try to upload the best version of your design that you have. We prefer high-resolution PDF files where possible with all fonts converted. If you need help with this then we have a handy Artwork Guide to refer to. Next, select if this is the first time you are ordering this design with us. You will be charged a one-time set-up of £15.00 if this is the first time. This allows us to digitise your artwork to ensure it comes out correctly in thread or in print.

Further down you will find a disclaimer regarding your design proof. We will never proceed with an order until you approve the design proof. This process must take place as sometimes we may need to suggest alterations to your design for the decoration process you have selected. Lastly, feel free to enter anything extra you wish to tell us on the special instructions page.

Checking out

Once you have added everything to your cart, you will see a breakdown on the checkout page of all the options you have selected. Double check these to ensure everything is correct before proceeding. There is also a box at this stage to enter any coupons you may have for offers such as discounts, free delivery and setups. Next, select delivery or choose collection if you live locally and wish to pick your order up. We are based in Horndean, Hampshire.

On the next screen, please fill out your delivery address as well as your billing address if it differs. You will once again see a summary of your order for you to check. Next, it’s time to select your payment option. You can either:

  • Pay by Card through the website (We use STRIPE)
  • Pay by Bank Transfer. When using this method, please use your order ID as a reference to prevent any delays to your order. Our BACS info will be emailed to you once you place the order. Your order will be processed once the funds have cleared in our bank. Please make your payment as soon as possible as your garments can go out of stock in the meantime.
  • Select to use your credit account if you have one with us. If you do not, then your order will not be processed. Applications for future credit accounts are currently closed but will open again in the future. If you have an account, then please state a Purchase order number in the order notes.
  • Pay via Paypal

Your Artwork Proof

Once you have placed your order, we will begin digitising your artwork and will mock up a design proof for you. You will receive this via email within 48 hours during the working week. Once you get your proof, double-check EVERYTHING. A common error is spelling mistakes or mobile phone numbers being entered incorrectly. It is your responsibility to make sure that all information is correct. Once you approve your proof, we will go into production and your items will be printed or embroidered. If you are ordering plain stock, then your items will simply be shipped out to you with no proof provided.
