At Branditright Ltd we try to keep things as simple as possible. We currently only offer delivery to the UK Mainland. We charge a flat fee of £6.99 incl vat with free delivery offered on any orders over £150.00 ex vat. This is the same for plain stock and personalised garments. We currently use Royal Mail and DPD depending on the size of your order.
Any plain stock items will be delivered in 3 working days. If your items are still missing after this time then please get in touch with us. Please note: There may be times when your order can arrive in several parcels that may be delivered on different days. Please allow at least 3 working days before contacting us about missing items.
For any orders that are personalised, our estimated lead time is currently 7 – 10 working days until your order is dispatched. During busy periods it may take longer than this but we will contact you if this is the case. Please allow slightly longer for particularly large orders. Everything we do is made to order so we appreciate your patience. If you have a set deadline that requires a faster turnaround please call us instead on 02392 595124 to discuss your order.
Please find the rough sizes below that we use for our decoration applications. The size will depend on how your design looks. Typically, logos that are circular or square are smaller in width to stop them from looking too large on the garment. The garment you choose may also alter what size we do your design, such as the back of a high visibility vest. Sizes differ between Print & Embroidery processes.
