How We Price Things

Our prices are made up of two parts:

The garment itself – You can choose from a wide range of clothing depending on your style, colour and quality preferences. We’ll help you pick something suitable. You can find a guide price for your garment on our online catalogue

The personalisation – This depends on whether you’re having printing or embroidery, how many logos or designs you need, and where they’re placed. Keep Scrolling on this page to see our personalisation pricing.

We’ll always give you a full breakdown before we go ahead so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Lastly, you may be charged a set-up charge if it's your first order however this is only payable once per position until you need to change your logo.

Embroidery Pricing

Below you'll find a breakdown of the amounts that will be added onto your plain garment cost depending on what position you select. Pricing below is for standard logos and are ex VAT. (If your logo is particularly detailed then this will be charged at a higher cost due to the stitch count.)

  • Front Left or Right Logo - £5.75
  • Left or Right Sleeve - £5.75
  • Cap or Beanie Front - £6.75
  • Back (Large) - £12.00
  • Front (Large) - £12.00

Print Pricing

Printed logos are usually more cost-effective than embroidery, especially for colourful or detailed designs.

  • Front Left or Right Logo - £3.75
  • Left or Right Sleeve - £3.75
  • Cap Front - £4.00
  • Back (Large) - £4.75
  • Front (Large) - £4.75

For large or full-colour designs, we’ll recommend the best print method for durability and finish — whether that’s vinyl or DTF (Direct To Film).

We’re happy to help with smaller orders. Whether it’s a single branded hoodie or a couple of personalised polos, we’ll still treat it with care — no minimums on most of our items.

Got questions about how our pricing works? You’re not the only one! Here are some of the most common things we get asked — and our no-nonsense answers:

Because every order is different — from the garment choice to the number of logos and type of print or embroidery — we don’t have a one-size-fits-all price list. But we’re happy to give you a quick, personalised quote with no pressure to go ahead.

Nope! We’re happy to help with one-offs as well as larger orders. There’s no minimum on many of our garments — just ask and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

We do for embroidery (this is called digitising your logo) and sometimes for certain types of printing if you do not have a high resolution version of your design. But we’ll always be upfront and include it in your quote so you’re not caught off guard. Once you have paid it once, you usually won't be charged again unless you need a different position for embroidery such as a cap or your artwork changes.

In most cases, yes — but we’ll need to check the material is suitable first. Some fabrics don’t work well with heat or embroidery machines. Feel free to bring it in or send us a photo and we’ll advise. Please note that our cost for embroidery and print is higher if you supply your own clothing and we cannot replace your clothing in the event of any errors.
