From Dream to Daily Grind: Helping The Daily Bagel Come to Life

Starting a business takes more than just a good idea — it takes commitment, graft, and the right support around you. When Michaela came to us with The Daily Bagel, she already had the vision: a logo, a concept, and a dream of serving fresh bagels and coffee from her own mobile setup.

From that point on, we worked alongside her at every stage to help turn that idea into a fully branded, ready-to-trade business.

Turning a Horse Box into a Brand

The transformation of a horse box into a catering van is no small job — and getting the branding right is a huge part of making it a success.

We created the signage and graphics for the van, working closely with Michaela to design visuals that were clear, eye-catching, and true to her brand. Before anything was produced, we provided design proofs so she could see exactly how everything would look in real life and make any tweaks needed.

That way, nothing was left to guesswork — everything was approved and spot on before installation.

Building a Consistent Look Across Everything

For a food business, appearance matters just as much as the product. We helped kit Michaela and the Team out with a full range of branded clothing, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, aprons, caps, and jackets.

One of the key steps here was making sure the embroidery was exactly right.

Before going into full production, we created a sew-out sample of the embroidered logo. This allowed Michaela to see the stitching, size, and detail in real life — not just on a screen — and approve it with confidence.

Alongside this, we also supplied print design proofs for any printed garments, ensuring everything matched the brand perfectly before going ahead.

Print That Supports the Business Day-to-Day

Once the van and clothing were sorted, we moved onto the printed items that help keep the business running smoothly and growing.

We designed and supplied:

• Flyers to help spread the word locally
• Menu boards that are clear, professional, and easy to read
• Business cards for networking and repeat customers
• Loyalty cards to encourage return visits

As with everything else, all designs were sent over for approval before print, giving Michaela full control and peace of mind at every step.
