We'll Recommend the Best Garments

Rather than leaving you to search through hundreds of products, we'll recommend garments that suit your business, budget and working environment. Of course, if you would rather browse our catalogue, you are more than welcome to do this instead. We'll consider things like:

Step 3.

Receive Your Quote

Once we've agreed on the garments, we'll prepare a clear quotation with no hidden surprises.

Your quote will include:

Garment prices
Embroidery or print costs
Setup charges (if applicable)
VAT
Delivery or collection options

Step 4.

Artwork Approval

Before production begins, we'll prepare a visual proof showing exactly how your logo will look.

For embroidery, we'll create a digital embroidery file and send you a photograph of the first stitch-out for approval.

Nothing goes into production until you're completely happy and have given us the go-ahead.

Step 5.

Production

Once you've approved everything and payment has been received, we'll begin producing your order.

Your garments will be professionally embroidered or printed in-house using high-quality equipment and carefully checked before leaving us.

Our standard lead time is 10–14 working days from payment and artwork approval for embroidered items and 7-10 working days for printed items. If you need your order sooner then please mention this to our team at the quotation stage and we will see if this is possible.

Step 6.

Collection or Delivery

When your order is complete, we'll let you know straight away either by Email, Phone or Whatsapp depending on how we have been communicating with you.

We can either arrange delivery of your items or you can collect them from our Horndean Commercial Unit.
