Frequently Asked Questions –
Printed & Embroidered Clothing

Printing applies your design on top of the fabric using a film or vinyl (great for full-colour or larger designs), while embroidery stitches the design into the fabric using thread (best for logos or small text). We can help you decide which is better for your needs.

We don’t usually print or embroider on customer-supplied garments. The reason is that different fabrics react differently, and we can’t guarantee the result. By using our tried and tested ranges, we ensure the best finish every time. If you still want us to try then please be aware that the results will be unexpected and we cannot replace your items if supplied by yourself.

We don’t have strict minimums — you can order just one item if needed. However, larger quantities work out more cost-effective per item (Bulk Discounts) Ordering one item is usually ideal if you want to test the quality of the garment or our print or embroidery service.

Please note that we only have 1 size available for each sample currently, it's more for our customers to check the quality and help them select the garments that they like.

Pretty much anything! From polo shirts, t-shirts, and hoodies to caps, aprons, fleeces, softshells, and more. If you need help choosing, we’ll guide you through the best options for your business or club. We are always testing new products to print or embroider.

Just get in touch with what you're after — quantity, type of garment, and your logo or design. We’ll come back with a clear quote and can even show you a mock-up of how it’ll look. Please view our clothing catalogue to see the garments available for personalisation.

For embroidery, there’s a one-off setup fee to digitise your logo into a format our embroidery machines can read — this is just charged once per design and per position (e.g there will be two set-up charges if you need a logo for a cap front and a polo shirt front left chest). For printing, it depends on the artwork you have available, but we’ll always explain any costs up front.
